HootSuite has announced a partnership with social analytics firm Brandwatch to create an integrated tool to offer more in-depth insight into social behaviour alongside publishing facilities.
The companies said the deal would make it easier for organisations to centralise and manage social marketing, social customer service and social selling by having additional insight on top of HootSuite’s services.
Monitoring and data gathering capabilities alongside ‘advanced sentiment analysis’ to guide clients on what content gaining the most positive feedback are provided by the partnership.
