Tesco has rolled out a new campaign for its streaming service, blinkbox, which will break on ITV2 this evening and during The X Factor on Sunday.

The ad, released in the same week as Sky launched a campaign for Now TV, features a fish trying to catch the attention of his movie-watching family, boasting the credentials of the service and pitting itself against rivals including Lovefilm Instant and Netflix.

The campaign has been supported by VOD, digital, outdoor, radio and print advertising as well as through blinkbox owned channels, including CRM, social and in Tesco stores.

The ad was created by Karmarama and produced by Passion Pictures, with media planning and buying handled by Arena.
