The Drum 30 under 30 women in digital is an annual platform recognising the next generation of digital talent. Over the course of 30 days we will be running interviews with each of the women profiled, to give more insight into their careers so far, professional achievements, and what they see as the next big game changers in digital.Today's profiled individual is Amy McCulloch, client services director, eight&four. What is your biggest professional achievement so far? Building and developing an incredible team of talented digital people (all of whom are under 30). What is the biggest challenge you've overcome in your career?Creating a solid reputation for an agency set up by a couple of 23 year olds. Making the digital truly real and the real truly part of digital. What's the next game changer in digital?It's a big challenge to create truely authentic experiences through digital but we are starting to see the cross over with various gadgets - Fuelband and of course Glass. What would you like to be remembered for? Giving young digital professionals a platform and opportunity to grow and develop. And my fluorescent yellow shoes. Who inspires you most professionally or personally?My Grandfather - he built a successful business from scratch and had an incredibly loyal team because of the work culture he developed. What would you be doing if you weren't doing this? Mary Berry's assistant. How do you relax? Love to bake. Can also be found trampolining and running around Royal Victoria Dock. Partial to mojitos. Describe your career to date in five words. I only talk in eights and fours...This series will run for the duration of October.
