The Drum 30 under 30 women in digital 2013 highlights the top 30 women under the age of 30 making an impact in digital. Here, we catch up with Katie Camenzuli, head of performance display, iProspect.

The Drum 30 under 30 women in digital is an annual platform recognising the next generation of digital talent. Over the course of 30 days we will be running interviews with each of the women profiled, to give more insight into their careers so far, professional achievements, and what they see as the next big game changers in digital.Today's profiled individual is Katie Camenzuli, head of performance display, iProspect. What is your biggest professional achievement so far? My biggest professional achievement to date has been building a performance display team worthy of winning global and display only pitches across tier 1 clients. In addition, being recognised for this prestigious list and previously having opinion pieces published in The Drum have been strong career highlights. What is the biggest challenge you've overcome in your career? The greatest challenge I have overcome was to reinvent display to a performance channel in its own right with the ability to compliment additional online channels. Display had previously been valued as an extension to performance planning and client servicing, but seen now as a strong and growing team within the business. What's the next game changer in digital? I believe the next game changer in digital will be greater display transparency, control and exposure through increased data and analytics. Display has often been viewed as a closed box but we are moving into an era where clients and agencies have the capabilities to embrace greater control. What would you like to be remembered for? I would love to be remembered for being a strong team leader and an enjoyable colleague to work alongside. For being a loyal and committed member of staff always striving to go the extra mile to ensure client, company and team success. Who inspires you most professionally or personally? My team and colleagues who continue to impress and inspire me in my role each day. I continue to learn from some of the best digital minds at iProspect and love to be challenged and developed via colleagues. What would you be doing if you weren't doing this?I have always wanted to work in advertising after developing a strong interest in media studies and graphic design during school and college. I highly enjoy the presenting and interacting part of my role so teaching would have always been a second preference for me. How do you relax? I relax through spending time with my amazing family and friends, socialising and escaping the pressures of my role. I love to travel, visiting new places and family homes abroad with my husband. Describe your career to date in five words.Rewarding, fun, challenging, educational, motivational. This series will run for the duration of October. Yesterday's featured individual was Alice Bentinck, co-founder, Entrepreneur First.
