Sterling Furniture has announced that television personality Jenni Falconer will front a new year-long tv marketing campaign which launches today.

The advert, created by Edinburgh agency The Union, will appear on STV.

It was directed by Simon Lewis from The Gate, with media planning and buying undertaken by Media Spark.

Falconer, best known for presenting ITV's This Morning and the National Lottery on BBC One, will appear in the adverts in the role of a customer adviser.

Gordon Mearns, managing director of Sterling Furniture, said: "The partnership with Jenni Falconer allows us to tell the Sterling story of great choice, interior style and value to a much broader market. Jenni is also one of Scotland’s TV treasures and we are delighted to have her on board as the new face of Sterling Furniture."

The new campaign also signals the launch of Sterling's Autumn Collection and Autumn Sale, which will be promoted across television, press, radio, and online media.
