Infographic: 78% of CMOs think custom content is the future of marketing

Yahoo Advertising Solutions has created an infographic detailing why marketers now spend 25 per cent of their budgets on content marketing.

According to Yahoo, interesting content is one of the top three reasons someone will follow a brand on social media, with 68 per cent of consumers reading content from a brand they’re interested in.

78 per cent of chief marketing officers think custom content is the future of marketing, yet 62 per cent of companies outsource their content marketing.
