Socialbakers reveals top 10 fastest responding brands

Socialbakers has released the top 10 fastest responding brands on Twitter for the second quarter of 2013.

Indonesian bank Halo BCA had the fastest response time at three minutes, followed by National Rail at six minutes and Movistar Panamá at nine minutes – the only three to keep average response times below 10 minutes.

American Airlines, JetBlue Airways and Personal Paraguay also made the top 10.
