Richard Desmond’s Northern & Shell has struck a deal with Shop Direct to produce a monthly magazine for fashion brand Very.

The 156-page monthly magazine will be sent directly to customers of Shop Direct as well as becoming the latest supplement to be included in OK! Magazine – which is owned by Northern & Shell - adding to New! and Star magazines.
The publication will be edited by OK! and the first issue will have a print run of 400,000. The fashion brand is fronted by Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby and the first issue will carry features on them and on Jason Statham.
Shop Direct and Northern & Shell – which also owns the Daily and Sunday Express, Channel 5 and the Daily Star - have had a commercial partnership since 2011, brokered by Carat.
