A pop-up pizza restaurant has today launched in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, with the aim of promoting Dr. Oetker.

The marketing stunt for the thin and crispy frozen pizza brand sees consumers being offered a starter, pizza, salad, dessert and drink for £10.

Chris Alexander, general manager of La Pizzeria Ristorante, said: “We're very excited to open our door to our special eaterie. We know that our pizzas will be a massive hit due to their great flavours and fantastic quality bases.

“We are confident that everyone will enjoy the food and surroundings and be surprised and delighted when they discover it is a readily available frozen pizza to recreate the taste at home.”

The restaurant was launched to bloggers Manchester businesses last night without any Dr. Oetker branding, but it has now been fully branded for its public launch.

Brazen handled the PR for the pop-up launch, which is set to run until 7 September.
