Felix & Slink to design "sensory manual" for Brisbane's Abian development

Marketing communications agency, the Felix & Slink Group, has been engaged by the Sunland Group to undertake campaign work for its Brisbane development, Abian.

The commission is to create a “sensory manual”.

"Sunland challenged us to be innovative in our approach; the building is unmatched in the Queensland property market, so the communication strategy had to reflect this,” said Tom O'Connor, group creative director.

"It's rare to see multi-sensory campaigns executed in this space and our goal was to produce something completely unique to Sunland."

Sahba Abedian, Sunland group managing director said : "Sunland have a pioneering and innovative spirit, so it was important for us to align with a like-minded agency to produce something previously unseen."
