Cybersquatters aim to cash in on birth of Prince George

Following the birth of Prince George, cybersquatters have snapped up domain names relating to the newly born royal addition.

Over 400 web addresses are thought to have been snapped up using related domain names such as princegeorgecambridge.co.uk, Hrhprincegeorge.co.uk and kinggeorge.com, with several already up for sale at prices of up to five figures.

Kensington Palace has said that the online presence for the Prince will be run by the official website for the his parents until he is an adult.

Following his birth, the term Royal Baby was used over a million times on Twitter within the first day, peaking at 25,300 tweets a minute on the evening of the announcement.
