Alasdair Scott has joined Images & Co, the enterprise communications agency established earlier this year by Kasper De Graaff and Malcolm Garrett, where he will act as interactive director.

Scott, who left The Bright Place, the agency he co-founded in 2009, earlier this year, began his role at Images & Co last week it is understood and will reunite with creative director Garrett, with whom he co-founded AMXdigital.

Speaking to The Drum, CEO De Graff explained that Scott would work on “a number of different innovation projects” having taken on the role.

“He does fill a particular spot that fits very well with what we have going on within the company and it strengthens one side of it,” added De Graaff, who went on to explain the agency’s offering.

“These days, the way in which communications work and the different ways in which the clients and the organisations that we work with are involved in managing content has changed. With the challenges they see these days and the way that communications have proliferated, we are trying to make sure that they should speak with a coherent voice across all of their media and channels,” he added.

Images & Co was formed earlier this year following the merger of 53K LLP and Foreground Digital, working with a client list that includes Coca-Cola, Samsung Galaxy, The Sharp Project, Bramley Apples and Café Royale.

Scott was also a judge at this year's DADI Awards, with nominations set to be announced at 3pm today (Thursday 18 July).
