The University of Bradford has selected Absolute Media to work with them on rebranding their Students’ Union, the UBU.

Absolute Media will now work alongside the UBU marketing team and the students themselves to create a new brand identity for the union that will be brought to life via an online hub. The agency will then work of phase two of the project, developing detailed brand guidelines for the UBU and bringing ‘Student Central’ to life.

“Absolute came in to pitch for some other work recently and it was so refreshing to see the ideas generated by a small, passionate, talented agency with strong conceptual thinking, that we felt that they were also the right agency to work on our Students’ Union rebrand and website,” commented senior web and marketing manager at the University of Bradford, Claire Gibbons.

Chris Hodgen, Absolute’s managing director, added: “We are really excited to be working with a University like Bradford, they have some great ideas to help propel them forward over the next couple of years and we are really pleased and honoured they have selected Absolute to help them bring them to life.”

The new brand will be launched in August for the start of the new academic year.
