Azko Nobel, DSM and KLM working with Fuel Up platform that connects companies with start-ups

A digital platform which claims to match tech start-ups with appropriate businesses globally is working with companies such as Azko Nobel, DSM and airliner KLM.

Fuel Up is a digital platform that has been created to match startup companies and their technology to businesses.

The subscription-based platform includes technology that allows companies to discover, track and connect with registered start-ups around the world, using software that continuously ranks startup companies based on stringent criteria. The propositions of the companies are then match to the business needs of clients, determined by their preferences.

Rogier van Buegen, innovation manager for KLM, commented: “We know that startups are developing technologies and applications that are very valuable to us. Fuel Up is helping us to spot start-ups that are relevant to KLM. What used to take months can now be achieved by Fuel Up in minutes.”

Fuel Up has agreed a partnership with the Global Accelerator Network, which allows it access to the database of over 60 accelerator programmes around the world.
