Citizens Advice appoints Sigma to take it digital

Citizens Advice is set to implement a new digital strategy to strengthen its digital service and presence, having tasked Sigma with its development.

Direction: Citizens Advice is going digital

It is understood that over the next year Citizens Advice will introduce a corporate rebrand alongside improved web services on a restructured mobile responsive website. A merger of six Citizens Advice sites into one common web publishing platform will take place and provide improved search capabilities both internally and externally.

The strategy will take pointers from the government digital service Digital by Default and ultimately aim to increase online self-service option, improve audience engagement and provide closer integration with case management and online communities.
