Air New Zealand to reveal how data is shaping its marketing and brand strategy at The Drum Live

Air New Zealand is among the brands to join the line-up for The Drum Live next week, in which will see The Drum create an edition of the magazine on the fly with the audience’s participation.

The airline’s online sales manager, UK & Europe Chris Allison, will speak about the future of programmatic buying, while revealing how it is using date to refine and personalise its multichannel customer experience.

Allison manages all e-commerce activity across four consumer websites including the UK and continental Europe. He is responsible for all customer acquisition and conversion activity across the consumer sites and manages Air New Zealand’s online retail marketing budget. Most recently he has played a key role in the strategic review of the airline's global mobile offering.
