The Polish National Police has unveiled an app with DDB Warsaw which uses mug shots of criminals of the police most-wanted list to help the public memorise faces.

The game, which is also an up-to-date criminal database, helps players recognise, and memorise, 150 faces of the most dangerous criminals wanted by the Polish police.

DDB Warsaw said: “When looking for crime suspects, police often count on our help, the help of ordinary citizens. But to help, we need to know what these criminals look like.

“The problem is that the attitude we have towards our own security is very similar to the one we have toward our own health- we're indifferent until something bad happens. So we set out to help the public memorize and recognize the faces of wanted criminals.”

The app was launched in Android, but will be available in iOS soon.
