Bebo files for voluntary petition for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
Social networking site Bebo is said to have filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in California, following a continual battle between shareholders.
First reported on the Chapter 11 Cases blog, the petition was filed yesterday by Michael Ong of Burke Capital Corporation.
Bebo was founded in 2005, and sold to AOL in 2008.
