Shaina Boone named senior vice president at Critical Mass

Critical Mass has promoted Shaina Boone to senior vice president in a move that sees her added to the executive team and overseeing the agency’s strategy and growth.

Boone has been with Critical Mass since 2007 and created Marketing Science as its own service offering at Critical Mass in 2008, focussing on increasing revenue and ROI as well as improving the customer’s overall experience for the agency’s clients.

Commenting on the promotion, Dianne Wilkins, CEO of Critical Mass, said: “We’re proud to promote Shaina to an executive leadership role to broaden her influence on the organization and the industry in creating best practices for measuring and constantly improving our work.”

Boone is a regular speaker at the eMetrics conferences as well as other industry events. Through her career she has led measurement programmes and teams for multinational companies and prior to joining Critical Mass was a programme builder for Fortune 50+ companies, migrating to analytics midway through her career.

Wilkins added: “Shaina has a rare combination of creative problem solving skills and technical prowess to solve complex business problems and simplify the results for the rest of us.”
