Asda has unveiled a weather responsive ad campaign for its George brand, featuring digital advertising banners which respond immediately to changes in the weather.

The ‘wear your summer’ campaign is set to run across TV, print, outdoor and online, and sees the featured models switch between clothes for warm and colder summer weather.

George Andrew Moore, Asda chief merchandising officer for general merchandise, told Retail Week: “Providing convenience to shoppers is a cornerstone of our mission to serve our customers better.

“This summer’s advertising showcases our commitment to provide the whole family with everything they require come rain or shine for the summer months. We have summer covered for the UK whatever the weather.”
