Mail Online launches live stats page showing traffic, social media activity and comment round-up

The Mail Online has launched a live stats page on its website keeping readers informed of website traffic, popular stories and articles driving debate.

Stats: The new page shows a range of traffic breakdowns

The page features a ticker at the top of the page showing social media reaction, article votes and comments received within the last hour, followed by a comment leaderboard in three sections, covering the previous 24 hours, seven days and 30 days, promoting most liked and most hated comments.

An 'arrow feel-good factor' board is featured showing the most liked and disliked articles and the most viewed article is shown in a section on the page below a list of the website's most active posters.
