Hong Kong signs tourism deal with South Australia
South Australia’ Minister for Tourism, Recreation and Sport, Leon Bignell, has signed a “Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation” with Hong Kong.

The deal includes a pledge to send eight koalas to Hong Kong’s Ocean Park.
State premier Jay Weatherill was present to witness the signing ceremony.
The deal was welcomed by Andrew Wong, Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development (Commerce, Industry and Tourism) in Hong Kong.
Australia hosted 630,000 tourist visitors from Hong Kong last year, making it the ninth largest market for Hong Kong travellers.
