A head of UX job is available in London with Mind Candy to help creatively define new ideas to improve site performance through testing and analysis. Experience in the gaming industry is preferred for this role, as well as several years' experience in managing the design of easy-to-use, consumption-focused UIs and strong creative problem-solving skills. Jobs: Mind Candy is looking for a head of UX

Midland Valley is looking for a marketing manager/head of geoscience marketing for a position in west-central Scotland. The company provides structural geology software and consulting services to the upstream oil, gas and mineral industries and is looking for an individual to help promote products and services to a global market. A first degree in geology or a general marketing qualification is essential, alongside good technical market skills and product knowledge.

Today is the closing date for a PHP web developer role at The Drum in its Glasgow office. Responsibilities include developing key areas of The Drum's online platforms and working closely with the team. Applicants will preferably be educated to degree level in computer science or web development and have a minimum of one year's experience, although graduate applications will be considered. A working knowledge of HTML5, CSS and Javascript is required.

Twig is looking for a senior developer in Glasgow for a salary of £30,000-£35,000. Ability to write Python would be beneficial and applicants should have mastered at least two programming languages. Knowledge of Django or another similar MVT or MVC framework is required and candidates should be "passionate about building awesome applications". Applications should be submitted by 26 April.

Become is seeking a copywriter for the expanding marketing department of a "well-established brand" in Manchester. Applicants should have experience in writing copy for online and offline projects, including advertising, direct mail, brochures, websites, emailers, PR, banner ads and social media. An ability to hit deadlines is required, as is great attention to detail. The position is open to junior applicants.
