Red Bull and Siemens turn to Wire Media for event and venue promotional activity
Red Bull and Siemens have both turned to Wire Media to help promote cycling event Red Bull Hill Chasers 2013 and new London venue The Crystal, respectively.

The Drum has learned that the Glasgow and London-based-PR agency has been working on both briefs in recent weeks, with the Red Bull Hill Chasers cycling event taking place tomorrow in Edinburgh.
The agency has been delivering a PR campaign to raise pre-event awareness, drive registrations, and attract spectators, while acting as a press office for the multi-discipline uphill cycling race which will involve 500 cyclists including riders Michal Prokop and Jack Pullar.
Meanwhile, global engineering and technology company Siemens has brought the agency in to promote its London Royal Victoria Docks called The Crystal, which will see Wire oversee the media relations and publicity, while also being tasked with organising a sustainable fashion event within the space in May.
Pam Scobbie, director of Wire Media, said that the appointments represented the development of the agency and its ambition for the future.
“We're also investing in the development of our specialist film and television wing, which already is opening up some exciting opportunities,” she told The Drum having recently publicised F1 documentary Driven, featuring Susie Wolf through the agency’s Soho office.
