Online classified advertising website Gumtree UK has released a new TV and radio advertising campaign which aims to celebrate the success stories of its users.

The ‘Success!’ campaign, created by Fold7, will run across TV nationwide and radio in London, alongside YouTube advertising, online display and mobile adverts, highlighting the strapline ‘Millions of sellers, millions of buyers. Gumtree. Success!’

Featuring comedian Sanderson Jones, 30 and 10 second versions of the four adverts will air to promote its motors, jobs and goods sections.

Hamish Stone, head of marketing at Gumtree.com, said: “We wanted to create a campaign that celebrates the wonderful success stories experienced by our 8.6 million users on a daily basis. The site is going from strength-to-strength and with our Motors category growing quickly, it’s the perfect time to launch our latest ads. We’re hoping they’ll be just as successful!”

Fold7 was appointed as lead agency to Gumtree in January.
