HSBC appoints Grey London, JWT and Saatchi & Saatchi to global ad account

HSBC has announced that Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey London and JWT will handle its global ad account, worth an estimated $600m.

According to M&M, JWT will creative duties for HSBC’s private banking sector, as well as for retail and wealth banking in in North Africa, North America and Asia-Pacific.

Grey London has been given responsibility for retail banking and wealth business across Europe and Latin America, as well as the global commercial banking business.

The global premier and wealth business and sponsorship advertising will be handled by Saatchi & Saatchi.

In November, sources said that McCann New York would no longer be involved in the pitch, following CEO Nick Brien being replaced.
