Harper’s Bazaar appoints Sacha Bonsor as digital and development editor

Fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar has appointed the appointment of Sacha Bonsor to the newly created role of digital and development editor.

Bonsor will commence her new role on 18 March and is the current editor of the Times fashion and lifestyle supplement, LUXX.

Supporting Bazaar’s existing editor in chief, Justine Picardie, Bonsor will work on editorial strategy, planning and implementation and will work closely with the ad sales team to develop multi-platform partnership proposals.

Picardie, said of the appointment: “We have made a number of strategic appointments at Bazaar over the past few months that position the brand for increased growth and success. Sacha’s role is vital to Bazaar as we develop a strong multi-platform proposition for the brand.”

Bonsor added: "I am delighted to be joining Justine and her team. The digital future is full of opportunity, and I look forward to working with the Bazaar team to deliver the best in fashion journalism to an exciting and ever growing audience."
