Xaxis appoints Nicolas Bidon as UK MD
WPP's audience buying company Xaxis, which is part of GroupM, has announced the appointment of Nicolas Bidon as its UK managing director.
Bidon joins Xaxis from Yahoo! where he was director of brand display for EMEA, and in his new role he will look to drive the continued growth of the UK Xaxis business, and develop its publisher relations and strategic partnerships.
Jakob Nielsen, managing director of GroupM Interaction in the UK, said: "Nicolas has outstanding leadership attributes aligned with great people management skills and a key eye for detail.
“His business acumen will help Xaxis compete even stronger and deliver on our clients objectives. We have hired an experienced and strong leader to run one of our most important new businesses in the UK."
