SAAB Parts AB appoints Eclipse Marketing for marketing database launch

SAAB Parts AB is set to unveil a marketing database this month with Eclipse Marketing, who has been appointed to build the platform to deliver end-to-end campaign development and management.

The platform will be available initially in the country’s core markets of the UK, US and Spain, with further roll-out planned for Italy, Switzerland, Finland, Germany and Austria as the project expands globally.

Jonathan Hodgson, senior account manager at Eclipse Marketing, said: “We are pleased to be helping SAAB launch a global marketing database that will help their dealers around the world deliver highly targeted and effective marketing campaigns to customers. We firmly believe that systems such as this can become a standard in the automotive marketing sector as retailers look to deliver more personalised and targeted campaigns.”

The database will provide customer contact details, as well as marketing preferences, vehicle information and recent campaign information.
