Procter & Gamble has appointed Sitecore as its customer engagement platform, with the aim of delivering relevant, personalised and meaningful interactions to its 4.6 billion customers.

The use of such a platform will allow marketers to sense and adapt real-time to a consumer’s behaviour.

Darren Guarnaccia, senior vice president product marketing at Sitecore, said: “Today’s consumers demand personalised communication in every aspect of their lives. Accordingly, organisations are rethinking the ways that they acquire, grow and retain customers through increased focus on delivering an experience that is highly relevant and predictive of customer and prospect’s needs.

"Sitecore’s platform makes every interaction more personalised, more relevant, more engaging and more compelling. That’s what delivers measurable results – and what drives conversions and sales.”
