Social housing provider Calico reveals new group website from Lesniak Swann

Social housing provider Calico has worked with Lesniak Swann to consolidate its three separate websites into an easier-to-use system that better reflects its expanding range of services online.

Rather than rework the existing three sites separately, Lesniak Swann were tasked with creating one easy-to-manage group website, designed to benefit Calico’s residents with a user-friendly interface, fresh graphics and a host of new features.

Additional functions now available on the site include a job module which manages residents’ online job searches and applications, and geo-coding features enabling residents to search for events and services by postcode.

Increased functionality and a bespoke content management system allow the Calico team to manage the site more easily; the site is also flexible enough to be expanded with additional modules as needs arise.

“As a growing, diverse organisation with a wide variety of clients, we recognised that we needed a website that not only reflected the full range of services we currently provide, but one that can continue to keep up with our business growth,” commented Darryl Barker, marketing and communications manager at Calico.
