The founder of The Chemistry Group, Roger Philby, is set to reveal the secret to never recruiting the wrong person into your business ever again when he speaks to MiNetwork members at the next London Chapter meeting taking place in March.

The estimated total average cost for an agency to hire a new member of staff in the UK is approximately £5,300 covering recruitment fees, legal fees and induction and training costs and so often that is wasted money as the new hire doesn’t remain with the company for long because, ultimately, they were not the right person for the job in the first place.
