As part of its strategy to raise awareness of its mortgage offering the Post Office is mounting a £2 million integrated marketing campaign, covering press, outdoor and online activity under the tagline ‘Handled with care’.

Developed by advertising agency Dare, the new campaign highlights the brands range of available mortgages with a dedicated application manager and customer service options via online and contact centres.

National press advertisements and a heavyweight outdoor poster campaign lead the activity and launches today (Monday 25 February). An additional 140 Cross track 48 sheets at national railway stations form part of the second phase of the campaign to ensure momentum.

“This is a very exciting time for the Post Office with the launch of its biggest ever mortgage campaign,” commented Stewart Fox-Mills, head of marketing for the Post Office.

“The Post Office has been providing mortgages for over four years and this campaign brings to life the Post Office Financial Services’ brand positioning and the fact that we are a credible provider in the marketplace. We are changing and so are our customers. We want to set ourselves apart from our competitors by providing award winning, easy access and stress free mortgages.”
