Volvic Touch of Fruit is taking a team of hula girls on tour to various UK cash and carries to share free samples, POS kits, and hundreds of tropical prizes with independent retailers.

The promotional activity, executed by Live & Breathe, aims to bring the summer spirit of the Volvic Touch of Tropical Fruits offering to life and kicks off at Bestway Park Royal in London.

After London, the Tropical team will hit stores in Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow, with hundreds of other UK cash and carries able to join the tropical party with barkers, posters, pallet corners, free samples and in-store promotions, also produced by Live & Breathe.

The Tropical tour marks the beginning of a strategic in-store marketing campaign for the Danone Waters brand, building up to a major consumer marketing push this summer.

Ines Lazaro, Volvic shopper marketing executive, commented: ““Independent retailers are really core to our business so we decided to take our tropical tour to them first. We also thought that given the freezing weather we’ve experienced lately, it was about time we gave our customers a tropical treat!”

Live & Breathe MD, Nick Gray, added: “We knew the campaign imagery would need to be big and bold to stand out against the other bright signage and packaging in-store. So we have embraced the tropical theme to create an unforgettable shopper experience.”
