The Good Relations Group has announced the appointment of Jackie Brock-Doyle OBE, former London 2012 communications chief, as its new group CEO.

Brock-Doyle will join Chime’s new PR division in June where she will work with COO Chris Warham to deliver group strategy whilst reporting to chairman Kevin Murray.

With more than 25 years experience in the communications industry Brock-Doyle has secured a number of accolades; including being voted PR Week’s PR professional of the year in 2012 for her Olympics work and claiming a place in the Holmes Report’s ‘Influence 100’.

Brock-Doyle said: "In these radically transparent times, good relations are critical to business success and the need to align good behaviour with good communications is more important than ever. The Good Relations Group is in the business of communication, reputation management, CSR and advocacy for some of the biggest companies in the UK and around the world. We have a strong platform, and a very ambitious set of goals."

Murray added: “At LOCOG, Jackie was central to the planning and delivery of one of the largest communications exercises of the past decade. With that and the prior in-house and consultancy experience Jackie has accumulated in various regions of the world, she will bring phenomenal expertise, energy and international experience to our offer.”
