English Premier League club Arsenal’s new look website, www.arsenal.com, has gone live today, sporting a redesigned interface and enhanced functionality.

Compatible with desktop, tablet and mobile devices the site has been designed for use by supporters and members and includes clearer navigation thanks to a cull of excess tabs and the addition of exclusive video interviews with the players and manager via the sites custom Arsenal Player.

The ability to access content across social media platforms with just one click has also been incorporated by allowing visitors to link to Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest simply by clicking their icons at the footer of each page.

The site currently welcomes in excess of five million unique users a month.

Michael Leavey, the Head of the Arsenal Media Group, who led the re-design, said: "We consulted with supporters throughout the process to ensure the site retained its most popular features while making it easier to use, particularly when you are mobile.

“One of our main aims is also to make it easier for our fans to share content across social media platforms with one click wherever they are in the world. This will help fans to interact globally, while also giving the Club new ways to engage and interact with our supporters”.

The site has been developed by Rippleffect with design by Ostmodern.
