Online travel booking retailer redspottedhanky.com has announced the appointment of Cogent Elliott to handle its consumer and business-to-business campaigns.

The Cogent PR team, led by Louise Bucknall, will help promote redspottedhanky.com’s ethos to provide ‘Your Travel Needs All Wrapped Up In One’.
