Bite Digital has announced a merger with eAZeMedia, with the affiliate agency to rebrand as Bite Affiliate.

With Bite Affiliate to be headed up by Andy Guest, the merger will see Bite be able to provide a full 360 degree approach for clients.

Guest said: “The opportunity to work with such a well-established company like Bite Digital, with exceptionally talented people at the very top of their game, was one eAZeMedia could not pass on.

“The Bite Affiliate team and I are excited to be able to offer our services to Bite’s existing client-base including brands like Capita, Institute of Cancer Research and GoldMadeSimple.com. We’re looking forward to figuring out the challenges we’ll inevitably face along the way, as well as announcing a number of exciting new campaigns in the near future.”

Jason Cozens, managing director of Bite Digital, added: “Over the last 17 years, I've experienced the online space evolve. Only three years ago, it was possible to build a business using a single channel approach such as investing in SEO or PPC, however the market is now mature and ubiquitous. In order to succeed businesses now need to be available to customers and touch them on all channels - a 360º approach is required.

“Bite Digital is continuing to invest in dedicated teams across a variety of key channels, to offer our customers an unrivaled integrated digital marketing solution. We are very excited to now include such experienced and successful affiliate marketing experts within our team.”

The move will also see Guest join the board of directors at Bite.
