The Recommended Agencies Register (RAR), which helps marketers source and select the right agency for their needs, has reached a record 15,000 ratings of agencies by brand managers.

The ratings, which are used to determine which agencies can become recommended and to match clients to agencies, are also used to drive the RAR Client Services Awards.

With the deadline for the 2013 awards fast approaching, the significant milestone makes client ratings more important now than ever before for agencies.

Speaking of the service and the impending awards deadline, RAR director Diane Young, commented: “Marketers share with us their insights about the levels of creativity, effectiveness and service that they experience from their agencies, and also how good they consider their agency to be at delivering the specific services they require. Other clients can then use this information via our website or our consultancy service to choose the best agency for their needs.

“We’re currently approaching the deadline for our awards (RAR Awards for best customer ratings) on Thursday 14 February, so it’s the busiest time of year for ratings, as marketing and communications managers help us to establish which agencies which are most highly regarded by their clients.”

Client-side marketers looking to rate their agencies can do so via the RAR website.
