Porta Communications brings direct marketing agency Crazy Horse into the fold
Porta Communications has acquired the assets of former direct marketing agency Crazy Horse Brand Response, it has announced.
The acquisition announcement stated that the international marketing and communications group has acquired ‘the goodwill and client list’ of the agency, as it aims to add to its resources.
The acquisition will see the team at Crazy Horse continue to work with their clients in the aim of converting their brands into ‘tangible customer equity’ the announcement added.

We've found exactly what we were looking for in the team from Crazy Horse. Belinda Neal, managing director and partner at Crazy Horse said that through joining the group, the Kent-based-agency would be able to provide clients with direct and digital marketing services, while feeding into the creative input and brand consultancy expertise across PR, advertising, digital and media planning and buying.
