Ex-Yahoo! head of planning and strategy named as UK MD of BlisMedia

Mobile advertising company BlisMedia has announced the appointment of Paul Thompson as UK managing director.

The former-Yahoo! head of planning and strategy brings his experience with both agencies and media owners to the role. Thompson has also held the position of commercial director at Time Out Group, agency strategy at News International, and several high profile roles within the Aegis Group.

Of the appointment, BlisMedia CEO Greg Isbister, said: “We are exceptionally pleased to be able to announce Paul Thompson as the new UK managing director.
