Former Aegis Media EMEA chief executive Simon Francis welcomes Diageo as founding client for consultancy

Simon Francis, the former EMEA chief executive for Aegis Media has launched a new marketing consultancy alongside drinks giant Diageo.

Simon Francis sets up Flock Associates

The consultancy, Flock Associates, will work with Diageo having been appointed without pitch to help its marketing innovation team drive integration.

The agency, which aims to offer marketers the ability to better integrate their communications plans to improve ROI, has also appointed News International’s director of digital products Nick Bell and Arla Foods senior director of operational excellence Henriette Kistrup as non-executive directors.

Former Aston Martin and Dorchester Collection marketer Katarina Nielsen will also join as a consultant.

Francis left Aegis last summer after just over a year, having also worked at Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi and OMD.
