Magic AM Network is today running its ‘12 hours of Christmas’ auction from 8am to 8pm, with the aim of raising funds for the Cash for Kids Mission Christmas appeal.

The Bauer Radio auction raised £33,000 last year, with hopes that more will be raised this year as there is double the amount of items up for auction.

Items up for auction include Ant and Dec’s suits worn on Britain’s Got Talent complete with a set of script notes, Susan Boyle’s dress worn on the Oprah show in the US, behind-the-scenes tours of the Emmerdale and Hollyoaks sets and a trip to Sharm El Sheik.

The campaign is being supported by acts such as Mike Read, Limahl, Shakin' Stevens and Tony Blackburn.
