The films were shot by Maker Projects across 60 well research locations in Liverpool over five days, in a bid to ensure the series captured the cities vibrant spirit.

Marketing manager at Visit Liverpool, Janine Ross, commented: “Maker took the time to fully digest and understand our brief to ensure the very best use of resources. As a result they delivered some really beautiful footage which has been edited very creatively the specific music tracks we provided, and to appeal directly to each of our target audiences.”

Speaking of the series, Maker Projects director, Nick Marchant, said: “It was an intense and exhilarating five day shoot, made an absolute joy by the people of Liverpool. Everyone who appears in the film is a member of the public.

“The friendly nature of the people, the rich and varied cultural heritage and family friendly attractions gave our team a wealth of inspiration. A big thanks goes out to the welcoming people of Liverpool who starred throughout the films in such good nature.”
