Kitcatt Nohr Digitas has promoted Mo Morgan to head of technology following the departure of Neil Hayward, who is moving to management consultancy at Accenture Interactive.

Morgan joined Kitcatt Nohr Digitas as technology director in March of this year from digital agency Evolving. He will now lead the agency’s technical capability as well as spending time on new business and focussing on building ideas for potential clients.

CEO Mark Nohr, commented: “We wish Neil great success in his new job and we’re delighted that Mo has accepted the Head of Technology role. He sits at the nexus of creativity and technology which is at the heart of our agency proposition.”

Since joining the agency Morgan has worked as the technical lead on a range of accounts including John Lewis, Puma, Dogs Trust, and Lexus.

Morgan added: “Since joining Kitcatt Nohr Digitas I’ve had the opportunity to work with great clients and on numerous interesting pitches. At its core, the application of technology is about making things easier, so I want our technology team to continue driving innovation right across our agency as a whole.”

As well as Morgan's promotion Kitcatt Nohr Digital has announced it has been appointed by Weight Watchers to manage its £500,000 CRM account following a competitive pitch.

The agency's first work for the weight management brand will kick off in January 2013, targeting people as they set their New Year's resolutions.

Marketing director at Weight Watchers, Julie Davidson, said: "We chose Kitcatt Nohr Digitas for their immediate grasp of our brand and their ability to make the potentially complex simple and inspiring.”
