Scottish Rugby appoints Newhaven as creative agency

Scottish Rugby has announced the appointment of Newhaven as its creative agency, with the first campaign set to roll out this month.

Chris Watson, creative director at Newhaven, said: “We’re really excited to be working with Scottish Rugby at such an exciting time in the game’s development. Their vision is bold and their energy level unmatched and we can’t wait to get our heads into some exciting briefs.”

Newhaven will work on campaigns for the upcoming RBS 6 Nation’s as well as Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors, with the campaign for the Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors 1872 Cup to be unveiled soon.

Toni Blackhurst, head of marketing and commercial partnerships at Scottish Rugby, added: “Scottish Rugby are delighted to have appointed Newhaven having been impressed by their innovation and creativity. They have a great track record and we look forward to working together to produce different campaigns that will attract new audiences to Rugby both on and off the field.”
