Aegis Media has strengthened the offering of iProspect through the acquisition of performance and search agency Netsociety.
The acquisition of the five-year-old agency, based in the Netherlands and Belgium, will see it become part of the iProspect group.
Netsociety has worked with a client base that included Thomas Cook, ING, ABN, AMRO and KLM.
Julius Minnaar, CEO of Aegis Media Netherlands, said that the acquisition would enhance the group’s prospects within the Dutch and Belgian markets. “We welcome the Netsociety team into the fold and look forward to working with our new colleagues to leverage the exciting opportunities this acquisition will bring to our business in the Netherlands.”
