Interpublic appoints Andy Polansky as CEO of Weber Shandwick

The Interpublic Group has announced the appointment Andy Polansky as CEO of Weber Shandwick, moving from his role of president of the agency.

Polansky has held the role of president of the PR firm from 2004, and also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Public Relations (IPR) and is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society.

He said: “I look forward to continuing to partner with Weber Shandwick Chairman Jack Leslie and our firm’s global management team. This is an exciting time in our business, as we transform our offerings across practice areas to meet client needs in a changing world.”
