Sapient Nitro has released a new web-only video to promote the launch of its new cloud-based platform offering, Sapient EngagedNowSM.

The platform is designed to better engage today’s on-the-go consumers by allowing brands to create immersive, multi-channel customer experiences, without having to design, develop and support the infrastructure needed to enable these experiences.

The suite also includes modular capabilities to support the specific needs of certain industries, including sports and entertainment (Sapient EngagedFanSM) and travel (Sapient EngagedTravelerSM). EngagedTraveler is already in use in leading U.S. airports including Denver International Airport, Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, and The Port Authority in New York and New Jersey.

EngagedFan is currently being customised by NASCAR, as part of the company’s ambition to reinvent the fan experience. Set to debut in January 2013 the new digital platform is set to engage NASCAR fans at every moment, before, during and after racing events.
