Virgin Media works with Fox Communications on graduate recruitment online home
Virgin Media’s graduate recruitment programme has appointed integrated marketing agency Fox Communications to create its online presence.
Linking in with Virgin Media’s sponsorship of ITV1 talent show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’, Fox Communications has been tasked with creating a concept and building a website based on the theme ‘Virgin Media wants your talent’.
The overall objective of the website is to not only recruit graduates but to emphasise that Virgin Media offers an attractive and progressive workplace. Stylised ‘career pathways’ will enable graduates to discover the content of their own scheme with Virgin Media currently offering three core programmes – ‘Finance’, ‘Virgin Media Business’ and ‘Engineering, IT & Change’.
Director at Fox Communications, Nelson McConnell, commented: “The aim of this project is to ensure Virgin Media’s online offering attracts the attention of the very best graduates around.
